IDEC Video Competition

Congrats to the IDEC (Interior Design Educators Council) Video Competition winners! Last month, in Denver, CO the winners were announced. The winning team are students from Louisiana State University and made their video titled, “Interior Design & Healthcare”, and included informative interior design ideas for our healthcare centers. “Judges commented that the video was ‘very relevant, imaginative, informative,’ and an ‘on target explanation of how professional interior design impacts healthcare.’ “. (Inteiors & Sources).

Second place winners are students from University of Missouri and their video title is called “The Role of Accredited Healthcare Interior Designer”. This won second place due to its ability to reach out to several audiences and its interesting interior design skills.

Third place winners are students from Radford University. According to Interior & Sources, “Judges praised this video for emphasizing design, targeting healthcare professionals, and being informative regarding interior design skills and experience.”
